Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Source and recruit top-tier clinicians, including physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and related disciplines for multiple locations and practice brands
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies
- Leverage various recruitment channels and platforms, including social media, job boards, and professional networking, to identify potential candidates
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience by providing high-level customer service throughout the recruitment process
- Develop and maintain a robust candidate pipeline to meet ongoing hiring needs
- Keep abreast of industry trends, licensing requirements, and best practices to inform recruitment strategies
- Assist with onboarding processes and facilitate a seamless transition for new hires
- Create a culture of psychological safety where feedback is welcome in all directions
- Utilize the tools and resources available to you and apply them based on the situation
- Demonstrate a Growth Mindset when faced with new or challenging situations
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition in the physical therapy space
- Multi-site /multi-brand recruiting experience required
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare industry standards, regulations, and trends
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building abilities
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professional integrity
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
