About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Write new science-backed health content for customers across formats, including articles, infographics, guides, video scripts, citations, and SMS.
Create webinars on health, wellbeing, and productivity topics that are as engaging as they are evidence-based.
Draft, pitch, and workshop content ideas — both internally and externally.
Support new-business efforts — including pitch decks and other assets — that reflect Thrive's voice, POV, and scientific rigor.
Develop condition-specific content for the Thrive platform, applying the same editorial standards you'd expect from a top-tier health publication.

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of experience in content, editorial, journalism, and/or branded content.
A track record of health writing for reputable organizations — and a portfolio that shows you can make complex science genuinely compelling.
Experience navigating the pharma/health review process (e.g., MLR — medical, legal, and regulatory review).
AI fluency, with the ability to use AI tools to accelerate and sharpen your work without sacrificing depth or accuracy.
Experience producing multi-format content (long-form, video, and short-form) for consumer or enterprise audiences.
Familiarity with behavior-change science, well-being, or productivity research.
