Requirements

5+ years of experience delivering projects using structured, phase-based approaches within an agency or consultancy
Proven ability to build and nurture trusted client relationships
A deep enough understanding of digital technologies
Expertise in breaking down complex requirements into executable workstreams
Hands-on mastery of JIRA, Confluence, and Figma
PMP certification (bonus)
Experience integrating AI into delivery workflows or PMO initiatives (bonus)
