Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through payroll systems implementation and optimization.
Configure payroll solutions to meet defined business requirements.
Partner with data conversion teams to ensure accurate migration of payroll data.
Assist with testing and validation of payroll configurations.
Serve as a payroll subject matter expert, advising on configuration and process decisions.
Communicate project status and risks to stakeholders.
Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience in Workday Payroll implementation, consulting, or systems configuration with a strong focus on payroll solutions.
Experience supporting Healthcare or Nonprofit customers
Demonstrated ability to gather and document business requirements and translate them into effective payroll configurations.
Prior experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
Workday Payroll certification.
Strong functional knowledge of payroll operations and payroll system logic, including calculations, tax rules, deductions, and reporting.
