About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure in alignment with scope, timeline, and budget objectives.
Establish and maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation (e.g., project charters, staffing plans, issue/risk logs).
Facilitate collaborative communication with clients, internal stakeholders, and delivery teams to ensure alignment and transparency.
Track and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate and coordinate resolution as needed.
Lead regular status updates, forecasting, and executive briefings to inform stakeholders of progress and outcomes.
Drive adherence to delivery standards, best practices, and change management processes.
Support resource planning and coordination across multiple concurrent workstreams.
When applicable, contribute to pre-sales activities such as requirements gathering, scoping, and Statement of Work development.
Promote a positive and collaborative working environment both internally and with clients.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience in Workday Implementations with initial and phase x deployments for Medium Enterprise customers
Demonstrated ability to plan and deliver projects successfully across cross-functional teams.
Strong stakeholder communication and relationship management skills.
Experience managing project scope, schedule, risks, and deliverables with accountability.
Comfortable working in dynamic environments with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Workday Engagement Manager (EM) OR Workday Partner Project Manager (PM) Services Certification
Experience with enterprise ERP or HCM implementations (e.g., Workday, Oracle, SAP).
Professional Certifications (PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, Agile, or similar).
Previous consulting or professional services experience.
Familiarity with project and portfolio management tools and methodologies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence at various levels.
