About the role
- Drive and execute projects, including delivering project outcomes, finding innovative solutions, managing client expectations, and managing internal project resources.
- Create and execute project plans; monitor and review project progress and timelines; adjust schedules and plans as needed; and identify and resolve issues to ensure project success.
- Oversee project delivery process with key contributors to help manage scope and prepare change requests - including tasks, deliverables, milestones, resources, and estimated costs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the client(s) throughout the project life cycle.
- Accurately forecast and control revenue, profitability, margins, bill rates, and utilization across projects.
- Identify new project or expansion opportunities and convert them into pipeline deals, projects, and add-ons.
- Pre‑Sales & Solution Support — Partner with Sales to qualify opportunities, lead discovery calls, develop solution outlines, estimate effort, and draft Statements of Work.
- Facilitate discovery workshops to surface business goals, data flows, and technical constraints.
- Translate findings into user stories, wireframes, and/or architecture diagrams or prototypes using Figma, Cursor, or Copilot.
- Understand and synthesize prospect requirements and constraints to creatively design and demonstrate solution visions—through prototypes, demos, or decks—that unlock tangible value for prospects, utilizing applied A I.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience working in a client-facing Implementation Consultant role with 3+ years of hands-on experience managing complex software or SaaS implementation projects, from scoping through to execution and delivery with a focus on implementation.
- Ability to prototype in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript, or using AI‑augmented IDEs (Cursor, Copilot).
- Excellent client‑facing communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Working basic knowledge of modern AI systems (model training & inference basics, prompt engineering, data considerations).
- Eye for UX/UI and product aesthetics; comfortable iterating in Figma or working with designers toward a vision.
- Confident and positive attitude, and adaptable to change in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English.
- Availability to travel as needed.
