About the role
- Define user journeys, personas, and experience strategies
- Conduct research, analyze user data, and translate insights into actionable design direction
- Create wireframes, sitemaps, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to align business, creative, and technical goals
- Lead or contribute to UX across client projects depending on level
- Inspire teams with best practices and forward-thinking approaches to user experience
- Work as a freelance contributor selecting projects and collaborating with Contravent teams
Requirements
- Experience in UX (strategy, design, or both)
- Skills in research, journey mapping, and/or design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe CC, XD, etc.)
- A portfolio or sample of your work demonstrating how you think and solve problems
- A collaborative spirit and curiosity for exploring new approaches
- For more experienced talent: confidence in leading projects, presenting to clients, and mentoring others
