About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Empower employees to thrive both personally and professionally
  • Conduct chat and video therapy through the ThoughtFull platform
  • Provide full-day onsite mental health support and in-person therapy on a rotating schedule across Singapore
  • Deliver and represent ThoughtFull at roadshows, client wellbeing events, mental health awareness initiatives, and external webinars
  • Support employees through a range of emotional, psychological, and workplace-related concerns
  • Help individuals develop practical coping strategies and long-term wellbeing skills
  • Build strong therapeutic relationships that foster trust, engagement, and positive outcomes
  • Maintain high clinical and professional standards in all client interactions
  • Complete clinical documentation and records accurately and in a timely manner
  • Support continuity of care and appropriate escalation when required
  • Follow established clinical and operational workflows
  • Participate in case discussions, supervision, and quality improvement initiatives
  • Contribute feedback that improves clinical processes, service delivery, and user experiences
  • Attend monthly Townhalls, workshops, and clinical supervision sessions
  • Collaborate with fellow mental health professionals and cross-functional teams
  • Contribute to a culture of learning, support, and continuous improvement
  • Help shape the future of workplace mental healthcare in Asia

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master's degree in Counselling or Clinical Psychology
  • Licensed and registered with a professional body (i.e. Singapore Association for Counselling, Singapore Psychological Society)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience
  • Native/Proficient in English; bilingual in Mandarin/Hokkien/Cantonese/Malay preferred
