About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and refine structural analysis, design, and detailing tasks
- Solve project challenges using strong engineering judgment
- Organize information clearly and review junior staff’s work

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) and/or Structural Engineer (SE) licensure preferred
- 4+ years of structural engineering experience
- Proficiency in SAP2000, ETABS, RAM, StructurePoint Software, and Revit
- Experience designing steel, concrete, and timber systems
- Ability to solve complex problems with confidence, balance priorities, and adapt designs effectively
- Strong communication and emerging leadership skills
- Commitment to mentoring junior staff and building professional presence
