About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the technical vision on large or complex forensic projects, setting direction, leading independent technical reviews, and defining best-in-class solutions.

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) licensure
- 10+ years of mechanical engineering experience, with a track record of leading complex projects
- Recognized subject matter expertise in your practice area
- Strong technical judgment and advanced problem-solving ability
- Leadership that inspires and guides teams through mentoring, empowerment, and effective communication
- Actively growing client-facing presence
