About the role

  • The Senior Project Manager will lead the execution of creative and marketing initiatives that bring our brand to life.
  • The role will be at the heart of campaign delivery—collaborating closely with creative, marketing, and multimedia teams to ensure every project is completed on time, on brand, and with clear purpose.
  • The role will oversee end-to-end project workflows, streamline processes, and bring structure to fast-paced initiatives in a rapidly growing environment.
  • From brief to launch, the Senior Project Manager will ensure clarity around timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation across the creative and marketing organization.

  • Responsibilities include Lead Creative & Marketing Projects, Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration, Own Project Planning, Optimize Project Management Tools, Keep Everyone Informed, Ensure Brand Consistency, Foster Innovation & Growth, Lead and manage marketing and creative projects, from conception to delivery.
  • Develop project plans, budgets, and resource allocation schedules.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely updates to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
  • PMP certification a plus.
  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in project management, preferably in a creative or marketing environment.
  • Experience with Wrike project management software is mandatory.
  • Strong collaboration and team management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Understanding of design principles, multimedia production, and marketing processes.
  • Familiarity with online video platforms and digital marketing strategies
