About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the operational and cultural evolution of Thomson Reuters' TAAP product organization
- Evolve program and operations into a lean, AI-first Product Ops office
- Drive operational excellence across the software portfolio with near-zero overhead
- Lead the AI maturity program from individual productivity tools toward shared infrastructure and agent-driven workflows
- Lead a small, senior team of product operations experts
- Own product operations across Core (Bedrock) and Agentic (Catalyst) portfolios
- Build automated tooling and visibility systems for cross-team dependencies, GTM milestones, and timelines
- Integrate operational processes with Linear, Slack, GitHub, Claude, and modern agile and AI tools
- Collaborate with Customer Success on large-scale customer migrations
- Define and execute business-driving metrics and regular operating cadences
- Enable product managers in modern AI tools and AI-first product development
- Establish and scale playbooks for shared context, agentic workflows, model evaluations, and prompt libraries
- Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing product operations team
- Drive TAAP-wide change management across product, engineering, and design teams
- Design and lead change-management communications with the Head of TAAP Product and TAAP Product Leadership Team
- Establish an organizational drumbeat highlighting AI-enabled behaviors and transformation progress
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of experience in program management, product operations, or technical operations leadership at scale
- Deep familiarity with modern product management practices
- Clear understanding of how modern PM, Engineering, and Design squads collaborate
- Proven experience implementing modern agile SDLC structures
- Experience automating project-tracking workflows
- Experience in regulated or professional software industries where data security, accuracy, and AI governance are critical is a strong plus
- Demonstrated track record of leading change-management and communication initiatives
- Experience upskilling teams and inspiring cultural transformations to adopt modern, technical capabilities
- Experience transitioning legacy roles into modern, technical capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field
- Fluency in modern AI tooling, including agents, prompt engineering, MCP, evaluations, and prototyping
- Daily, active use of agents and LLMs
- Familiarity with tools such as Linear, Slack, GitHub, Claude, Cursor, v0, and Claude Code
