About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and manage the full renewal lifecycle for a portfolio of legal software products, including Legal Tracker, HighQ, Exterro, OpenText, and Document Intelligence
  • Prepare and deliver accurate, competitive pricing proposals for renewals
  • Proactively manage customer notifications for upcoming renewals
  • Collaborate with Account Management, Account Specialists, and Customer Success Managers
  • Identify and communicate renewal risks and opportunities to internal stakeholders
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on legal software contracts and pricing
  • Act as the primary customer contact for contractual and pricing questions related to renewals
  • Lead and facilitate renewal negotiations using established playbook approaches
  • Develop creative, ad-hoc solutions for complex or escalated situations
  • Continuously develop and refine processes and tools to scale the renewal function and improve efficiency

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3–5 years of experience in a renewals, sales operations, contract management, or business analyst role, preferably within a SaaS or legal technology environment
  • Familiarity with legal software platforms or enterprise software contracts is a strong plus
  • Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and contract management systems
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to build and interpret pricing models and renewal data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with comfort engaging customers and internal stakeholders at all levels
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Prior experience managing renewals for legal or compliance software
  • Comfort facilitating negotiations and navigating escalated or complex customer situations
  • Track record of building or improving operational processes
