About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist in facilitating AI enablement workshops, hands-on labs, and office hours
Provide technical support during live training sessions
Manage participant questions and capture feedback
Design, test, and refine AI training modules, slide decks, templates, and case studies
Create practical examples for non-technical and technical audiences
Support Claude AI adoption by documenting use cases and creating how-to guides
Troubleshoot AI adoption barriers in partnership with the team
Participate in intern networking activities and the monthly Coffee with Leaders series
Build connections between interns and senior leaders
Represent the training program in team meetings
Amplify awareness of AI learning opportunities across TR México
Organize training recordings, create FAQ resources, and maintain an inventory of training assets
Ensure self-paced learning materials are easy to find and understand

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bring a fresh perspective from your studies and apply academic knowledge to real business problems
University studies involving AI concepts
Proactive initiative to identify gaps and suggest improvements
Willingness to volunteer for stretch assignments
Ability to support non-technical and technical audiences
Ability to learn and support Claude AI capabilities, including models, artifacts, projects, file analysis, web search, and extended thinking
