About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build, lead, and develop a team of technical program managers
- Set the standard for program execution across the organization
- Own end-to-end delivery of the AI roadmap, including planning, sequencing, tracking, and shipping initiatives
- Manage cross-team dependencies across engineering, data science, operations, marketing, and other teams
- Identify and remove blockers to keep delivery predictable
- Drive change management and adoption of delivered capabilities
- Establish and run intake, prioritization, planning, reviews, roadmapping, and status-reporting processes
- Surface risks, blockers, and decisions and drive them to resolution
- Translate between technical and business stakeholders
- Align engineering, data, operations, and marketing on scope, sequence, and outcomes
- Manage vendors, budgets, and external partners
- Instrument delivery health and outcomes and report progress and value
- Engage credibly on architecture, integration, and technical trade-offs
- Partner closely with AI skills development and report to the Senior Director, AI Engineering
Requirements
What you’ll need- Substantial technical program or delivery management experience running complex, cross-functional technology programs
- Experience ideally including AI, data, or platform work
- Proven dependency and stakeholder management across teams not directly owned
- Strong change-management and adoption results
- Technical fluency, including ability to read code and understand system architecture and integrations
- Experience leading and developing others, or a strong track record ready for formal people leadership
- Fluency in agile and scrum delivery methods
- Clear executive communication of status, risks, and recommendations
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Preferred: experience delivering AI or automation programs
- Preferred: familiarity with agent and skill frameworks and MCP-style connectors
- Preferred: background in marketing, marketing technology, or commercial and go-to-market technology
- Preferred: earlier career experience in systems engineering, integration, or architecture
- Preferred: vendor and budget management experience
- Preferred: certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster or equivalent delivery credential
- Preferred: experience in a regulated or high-accuracy industry
