About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Install and configure products marketed to the accounting segment
Deliver in-person and remote training on accounting products, including Payroll, Tax, Accounting and Financial modules
Continuously train and update knowledge of processes related to external support and the marketed products
Manage the system implementation process with clients
Participate in commercial-focused meetings and perform hands-on product demonstrations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Technical degree in Accounting, or pursuing/completed higher education in Accounting, Accounting Sciences, Human Resources or related areas
Experience in an accounting firm with exposure to more than one area: accounting, tax compliance or payroll
Knowledge of tax and ancillary obligations at municipal, state and federal levels
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Valid driver's license (category B)
Willingness to travel
Plus: knowledge of the Domínio system
Plus: customer service experience
Plus: experience working in accounting firms
Plus: English language skills
