About the role

  • Drive product adoption and usage to help customers achieve expected ROI on Thomson Reuters products
  • Onboard, train and educate customers; develop customized curriculum and training programs
  • Utilize adult learning principles and engagement techniques during training sessions
  • Provide service and support to law firm and government clients; address troubleshooting and assistance requests
  • Support revenue retention and growth by partnering with account teams to uncover customer needs
  • Communicate with internal departments to ensure client needs are met; assist prospective customers in product trials
  • Maintain expertise in legal and AI-based solutions, customer workflows, product use cases, and industry trends
  • Log, update, and maintain activity and customer information within business systems

Requirements

  • Juris Doctorate required
  • 1-2 years of professional legal experience is preferred
  • Experience with legal technology and/or AI-based platforms is preferred
  • Excellent oral/written and presentation skills
  • Empathetic, solutions-oriented approach
  • Experience with web-based meeting tools
  • Background in adult training/education
  • Strong sales aptitude with a revenue focus
  • Personable problem-solver who enjoys cross-functional teamwork
