About the role
- Drive product adoption and usage to help customers achieve expected ROI on Thomson Reuters products
- Onboard, train and educate customers; develop customized curriculum and training programs
- Utilize adult learning principles and engagement techniques during training sessions
- Provide service and support to law firm and government clients; address troubleshooting and assistance requests
- Support revenue retention and growth by partnering with account teams to uncover customer needs
- Communicate with internal departments to ensure client needs are met; assist prospective customers in product trials
- Maintain expertise in legal and AI-based solutions, customer workflows, product use cases, and industry trends
- Log, update, and maintain activity and customer information within business systems
Requirements
- Juris Doctorate required
- 1-2 years of professional legal experience is preferred
- Experience with legal technology and/or AI-based platforms is preferred
- Excellent oral/written and presentation skills
- Empathetic, solutions-oriented approach
- Experience with web-based meeting tools
- Background in adult training/education
- Strong sales aptitude with a revenue focus
- Personable problem-solver who enjoys cross-functional teamwork
