About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Execute third party diligence activities including identity verification, customer/partner/supplier screening, and risk assessments
  • Perform risk assessments across the third-party lifecycle to identify risks associated with product sales and access provisioning
  • Identify, escalate, and document relevant issues found during diligence and risk assessments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process delivery and issue resolution
  • Contribute to the design, development, and improvement of the Third-Party and Supply Chain Risk Management Program
  • Support the establishment of a practical Third-Party Risk Body of Knowledge across various domains
  • Create and deliver Third-Party training and awareness initiatives for a sustainable risk culture
  • Contribute to Third-Party and Supply Chain Risk reporting and dashboards for data quality and stakeholder availability

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration/Management, Economics, Finance, Technology, or a related discipline)
  • 2–4 years of experience in a similar role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) / Due Diligence, Risk Assessment & Compliance, Vendor/Supplier Management & Procurement, KYC, AML & Sanctions Screening, Stakeholder Management & Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Proven ability to follow established guidelines and processes while proactively identifying improvement opportunities
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English for clear information conveyance
  • Experience managing stakeholder relationships in a global, complex, and matrixed environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint; interest in Power BI, Power Apps, or Power Automate
  • Knowledge of KYC, AML, anti-fraud, and sanctions screening processes and regulations
  • Hands-on experience with procurement, contract management, supply chain, and/or sourcing projects
  • Familiarity with GRC tools (e.g., Protecht, OneTrust) and ability to help ramp up workflows and interfaces
  • Familiarity with API interoperability, data structure design, and technology/process automation
  • Exposure to data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for managing and presenting data
