Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
10+ years of experience in program management
Ability to obtain a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification within 18 months of employment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. national security clearance
U.S. citizenship is essential to comply with government contract, agency, or federal government requirements
