About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Managing and delivering high-quality content products end to end
Managing multiple system platforms: GCS, Alloy, Unix/Linux, LTC, Novus, ERD, People Warehouse, Company Warehouse, EDD
Lead/ drive workflow and project responsibilities, mentor the team, drive standardization and process excellence
Serve as an escalation point for multiple workflows/ tasks and provide expert-level support
Troubleshoot complex issues related to content conversion, workflows, and system/data integrity
Participate in enhancement projects, testing, and implementation of new systems or processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

More than 1.5 years of relevant experience in Content Moderation
Knowledge of HTML XML, UNIX and Linux Scripting
Strong technical knowledge and understanding of diverse Content Operations publishing systems/ applications, particularly for Public Records and Dockets content
Strong customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and requirements
Strong understanding of global workflows and process improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma certified preferred)
