About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Managing and delivering high-quality content products end to end
  • Managing multiple system platforms: GCS, Alloy, Unix/Linux, LTC, Novus, ERD, People Warehouse, Company Warehouse, EDD
  • Lead/ drive workflow and project responsibilities, mentor the team, drive standardization and process excellence
  • Serve as an escalation point for multiple workflows/ tasks and provide expert-level support
  • Troubleshoot complex issues related to content conversion, workflows, and system/data integrity
  • Participate in enhancement projects, testing, and implementation of new systems or processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • More than 1.5 years of relevant experience in Content Moderation
  • Knowledge of HTML XML, UNIX and Linux Scripting
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of diverse Content Operations publishing systems/ applications, particularly for Public Records and Dockets content
  • Strong customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and requirements
  • Strong understanding of global workflows and process improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma certified preferred)
