Key responsibilities & impact

Define and drive the technical direction for platform capabilities engineering
Advocate for Infrastructure and Cloud platform capabilities across Thomson Reuters
Provide technical leadership and guidance for all Platform Engineering Infrastructure teams
Oversee compute server environments and lifecycle management
Define, publish, and evolve TR’s cloud-native engineering standards
Collaborate with senior leadership on vision for capabilities and services
Manage global teams, delivering performance reviews and defining annual goals
Represent Thomson Reuters externally at industry forums.

Requirements

What you’ll need

15+ years of experience building and operating enterprise-scale systems
5+ years in Infrastructure and Cloud Engineering focused on production environments
Hands-on experience in cloud and infrastructure
Proven track record designing and operating multi-cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI)
Strong expertise in cloud migrations, tenant, and service integration
Deep knowledge of enterprise networking (LAN/WAN)
Experience managing complex, multi-vendor infrastructure environments
Demonstrated success leading and scaling global engineering organizations
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
