About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the end-to-end renewal process for a portfolio of customers, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with customer value realization
  • Prepare quotes, contracts, and documentation; manage inbound commercial inquiries; identify and execute low-complexity upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Act as a primary contact for commercial and support-related inquiries; confirm renewal intent and clarify terms with customers
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities; maintain accurate CRM records and renewal forecasts
  • Partner with Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, Finance, and Legal to ensure smooth processing of commercial transactions and strategic alignment

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years in account management, renewals, inside sales, or customer-facing roles (preferably in SaaS or recurring revenue environments)
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Advanced English proficiency both written and oral (candidates will be tested before setting up an interview)
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Analytical and solution-oriented mindset
  • Proficient in CRM and quoting tools (e.g., Salesforce, CPQ platforms)
