Account Specialist

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the end-to-end renewal process for a portfolio of customers, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with customer value realization
- Prepare quotes, contracts, and documentation; manage inbound commercial inquiries; identify and execute low-complexity upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Act as a primary contact for commercial and support-related inquiries; confirm renewal intent and clarify terms with customers
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities; maintain accurate CRM records and renewal forecasts
- Partner with Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, Finance, and Legal to ensure smooth processing of commercial transactions and strategic alignment
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years in account management, renewals, inside sales, or customer-facing roles (preferably in SaaS or recurring revenue environments)
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Advanced English proficiency both written and oral (candidates will be tested before setting up an interview)
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Analytical and solution-oriented mindset
- Proficient in CRM and quoting tools (e.g., Salesforce, CPQ platforms)
