Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support annual planning processes, including development and monitoring of goals and OKRs
  • Design, build, and maintain executive dashboards and reporting systems
  • Conduct detailed analyses to generate data-driven insights and actionable recommendations
  • Coordinate and develop materials for leadership meetings and presentations
  • Create clear, compelling presentations, reports, and strategic communications
  • Partner with senior leaders to streamline planning processes and improve operational efficiency
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder engagement for strategic initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, finance, operations, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, business operations, performance management, or management consulting
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a wide variety of priorities simultaneously with strong attention to detail
  • Proven track record driving complex, cross-functional projects from ambiguity to execution
  • Demonstrated expertise building metrics frameworks, dashboards, and performance reporting systems
  • Strong experience with annual planning processes, OKR management, and strategic goal-setting
  • Proven track record developing executive-level presentations and narratives
  • Hands-on proficiency with AI tools (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) a plus
  • Strong executive presence with excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple strategic priorities under tight deadlines
