Key responsibilities & impact

Support annual planning processes, including development and monitoring of goals and OKRs
Design, build, and maintain executive dashboards and reporting systems
Conduct detailed analyses to generate data-driven insights and actionable recommendations
Coordinate and develop materials for leadership meetings and presentations
Create clear, compelling presentations, reports, and strategic communications
Partner with senior leaders to streamline planning processes and improve operational efficiency
Manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder engagement for strategic initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, finance, operations, or related field
5+ years of experience in strategic planning, business operations, performance management, or management consulting
Demonstrated ability to manage a wide variety of priorities simultaneously with strong attention to detail
Proven track record driving complex, cross-functional projects from ambiguity to execution
Demonstrated expertise building metrics frameworks, dashboards, and performance reporting systems
Strong experience with annual planning processes, OKR management, and strategic goal-setting
Proven track record developing executive-level presentations and narratives
Hands-on proficiency with AI tools (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot)
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) a plus
Strong executive presence with excellent stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple strategic priorities under tight deadlines
