Key responsibilities & impact

Support annual planning processes, including development and monitoring of goals and OKRs
Design, build, and maintain executive dashboards and reporting systems for timely visibility into marketing performance
Conduct detailed analyses to generate data-driven insights and actionable recommendations
Coordinate and develop materials for leadership meetings and strategic planning sessions
Create clear, compelling presentations and reports that translate complex data into executive-ready stories
Partner with the Chief of Staff and senior leaders to streamline planning processes and improve operational efficiency
Manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder engagement for strategic initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, finance, operations, or related field
5+ years of experience in strategic planning, business operations, performance management, or management consulting
Proven track record driving complex, cross-functional projects from ambiguity to execution
Demonstrated expertise building metrics frameworks, dashboards, and performance reporting systems
Hands-on proficiency with AI tools (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot) as part of day-to-day work
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI is a plus
Strong executive presence with excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across all organizational levels
