Senior Implementation Specialist

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as an application and solution specialist for the ONESOURCE Pagero platform
- Deliver end-user and super-user training
- Manage several projects in parallel
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Product, Sales, and Support
- Contribute to project planning and timeline management
- Resolve customer support issues effectively
- Support pre-sales activities, such as software demonstrations and scoping for prospective clients
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5–8 years of experience in IT integrations and configuration, preferably within e-invoicing
- Understanding of the AP/AR lifecycle and e-invoicing compliance regulations across the EU and APAC regions
- Experience as implementation and solution consultant in large, cross-functional implementation or partner projects
- Contributions to project management activities, including creating and updating project plans and timelines
- Customize and configure applications to specifications
- Hands-on involvement in application configuration, implementation, and testing
