About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive product strategy, development, and commercialization of professional legal solutions
- Conduct customer research and analysis to identify needs and market opportunities
- Translate customer insights into innovative product features, including AI capabilities
- Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from concept through launch and optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful product delivery and market adoption
- Define and monitor product performance metrics based on feedback and trends
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience in product management within a SaaS environment
- Familiarity with AI-powered products or experience with data science, ML, or AI teams
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make decisions
- Proven ability to build relationships and engage with customers and stakeholders
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and experience in cross-functional collaboration
- Knowledge of product development methodologies, including agile and experimentation frameworks
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, ability to articulate complex ideas clearly
