About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a Principal Engineer supporting the ONESOURCE Platform and ONESOURCE AI organizations
Lead the design and evolution of large-scale, distributed systems and microservices-based architectures
Partner with engineering leaders, architects, product teams, and business stakeholders to develop scalable, secure, and reliable platform solutions
Provide technical leadership in solving ambiguous, business-critical problems
Influence technical decision-making through collaboration and effective stakeholder engagement

Requirements

What you’ll need

Significant experience in software engineering, architecture, or platform engineering roles
Proven track record of delivering large-scale enterprise applications
Deep expertise designing and building distributed systems, microservices architectures, and cloud-native platforms
Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders including Product Management, Architecture, Engineering, QA, UX, and Business teams
Strong understanding of software design principles, system scalability, reliability, performance, security, and maintainability
