About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Architect, design, and build solutions on the HighQ platform
Onboard and train clients
Work with a range of client stakeholders
Communicate solutions in a clear and concise manner
Project manage solutions delivered to clients
Manage multiple client accounts
Provide value-add service through training and best practice consulting
Engage with key teams such as Product Management & Customer Success + Support as appropriate to deliver end-to-end solutions
Partner with leadership on business-critical initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

1-2 years of implementation experience
Legal Software product knowledge (preferred)
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills
Proven customer satisfaction
Experience in a corporate legal department or law firm (preferred)
Ability to communicate across all client organization levels
High initiative and team orientation
Technical affinity for software and data analytics
Ability to handle stress and meet deadlines
Ability to work independently
Consultative and client-focused problem-solving skills
Strong business and financial understanding
