About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch and ongoing optimization, employing robust product development methodologies.
  • Conduct thorough research and market analysis to identify customer needs, competitive landscapes, and emerging trends.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies aligned with broader company objectives (Strategy Execution).
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, sales, marketing, and legal teams to ensure successful Product Commercialization.
  • Engage directly with customers to understand their pain points and gather feedback, fostering strong Customer Engagement.
  • Utilize Analytical Solutions to interpret data, measure product performance, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Facilitate Group Problem Solving sessions to overcome challenges and innovate new solutions.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations and documentation, demonstrating excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills.
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, showcasing strong Multitasking abilities.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance Organizational Efficiency within product development processes.
  • Contribute to Marketing efforts by providing product expertise and messaging guidance.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience in product management, preferably within a technology or content-driven industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply Analytical Solutions to complex business problems.
  • High level of Computer Literacy and proficiency with relevant software tools.
  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills in English and Portuguese.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a talent for Group Problem Solving and collaboration.
  • Experience in Marketing and Product Commercialization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment (Multitasking).
  • Understanding of Organizational Efficiency principles and their application to product development.
  • Experience with Product Development methodologies and best practices.
  • Proven track record in Researching market trends and customer needs.
  • Demonstrated capability in Strategy Execution and bringing products to market.
