About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the development and maintenance of executive dashboards for growth, revenue, product, and digital channels
  • Conduct cohort analyses, conversion funnel analysis, and customer journey mapping for each product in the B2B portfolio
  • Develop customer segmentation models, including credit propensity, churn risk, and cross-sell potential
  • Produce competitive intelligence reports and market benchmarks to support strategic decisions by the Board
  • Ensure the quality, consistency, and governance of data used in growth and business analyses
  • Define and document metrics, concepts, and KPIs used by the Board
  • Act as a business partner to growth and product squads, participating in planning and review rituals

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Science, with consistent leadership experience
  • Experience in the financial sector (banking, fintech, acquirer, insurer) is strongly preferred
  • Advanced SQL proficiency and experience with at least one visualization tool (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Metabase)
  • Knowledge of statistical modeling and business-applied machine learning concepts (not necessarily advanced coding)
  • Experience with modern data platforms: dbt, BigQuery, Snowflake, Databricks, or similar
  • Familiarity with growth metrics (CAC, LTV, churn, ARPU, cohorts, AARRR funnel)
  • Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or Engineering; postgraduate degree is a plus
