About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the development and maintenance of executive dashboards for growth, revenue, product, and digital channels
Conduct cohort analyses, conversion funnel analysis, and customer journey mapping for each product in the B2B portfolio
Develop customer segmentation models, including credit propensity, churn risk, and cross-sell potential
Produce competitive intelligence reports and market benchmarks to support strategic decisions by the Board
Ensure the quality, consistency, and governance of data used in growth and business analyses
Define and document metrics, concepts, and KPIs used by the Board
Act as a business partner to growth and product squads, participating in planning and review rituals

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Science, with consistent leadership experience
Experience in the financial sector (banking, fintech, acquirer, insurer) is strongly preferred
Advanced SQL proficiency and experience with at least one visualization tool (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Metabase)
Knowledge of statistical modeling and business-applied machine learning concepts (not necessarily advanced coding)
Experience with modern data platforms: dbt, BigQuery, Snowflake, Databricks, or similar
Familiarity with growth metrics (CAC, LTV, churn, ARPU, cohorts, AARRR funnel)
Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or Engineering; postgraduate degree is a plus
