About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define the digital channel mix strategy for each product in the financial services portfolio
  • Manage and optimize campaigns across digital channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, programmatic)
  • Develop and scale marketing initiatives for SEO, content marketing, and organic demand generation
  • Operate and evolve multichannel CRM journeys
  • Monitor KPIs by channel (CPL, CPA, CAC, CTR, CVR, ROAS, Open Rate, CTOR, churn prevented) and run continuous A/B experiments
  • Ensure integrity of multichannel attribution
  • Optimize the end-to-end conversion funnel and coordinate with Product and UX
  • Lead a team of specialists, manage the interface with Marketing and martech, and collaborate with other areas (Product, Data, Compliance, and Legal)

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in digital/growth channels, with consistent experience leading teams and running squads, performance desks, and growth desks using agile methodologies
  • Proven track record managing performance across digital channels and complex CRM strategies
  • Experience in the financial sector (banking, fintech, acquirer) with a B2B product portfolio is highly preferred
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and campaign management concepts: CRM automation tools (Braze, Salesforce, CleverTap) as benchmarks for developing an internal solution or outsourcing
  • Deep knowledge of multichannel attribution, MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust) and integration with CDPs (Segment)
  • Experience with A/B testing, landing page experimentation (Optimizely, VWO) and funnel analysis
  • Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Engineering or Computer Science
