About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the growth enablement team, coaching and developing three direct reports while ensuring high performance, collaboration, and clear accountability.
  • Oversee the analysis of commercial and performance, identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities to optimize efficiency, reduce CAC, and improve revenue predictability.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify white spaces, competitive opportunities, and new areas for expansion—including the strategic development of the inland/regional market.
  • Define and execute go-to-market strategies to expand product mix, drive upsell opportunities, and accelerate acquisition through both digital and field channels.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to design scalable models that support growth across multiple customer segments.
  • Use insights, analytics, and business intelligence to inform decision-making and enhance the customer journey from acquisition through retention.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the company’s overall growth strategy, enabling long-term and sustainable revenue expansion.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience in growth, business development, or commercial strategy, ideally in fast-paced or tech-driven environments.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data (CAC, LTV, funnel metrics, churn, payback) and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Demonstrated experience in market analysis, identifying white spaces, and designing expansion strategies.
  • Experience leading field and/or digital sales initiatives, including upsell strategies and segment-based growth.
  • Solid understanding of CRM platforms, sales performance systems, and data-driven management tools.
  • Knowledge of AI-based tools and technologies, with the ability to leverage them in growth and operational strategies.
  • Experience managing and developing teams, fostering a performance-driven and collaborative culture.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-alignment skills.
  • Ability to thrive in an environment that requires adaptability, creativity, and strategic prioritization.
