Key responsibilities & impact

Lead product training focused on Indirect Tax Determination and Indirect Tax Compliance.
Deliver virtual multi-client workshops and dedicated client sessions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

A bachelor’s degree in accounting, tax, finance, business, education, or a related field.
At least two years of experience in indirect tax, tax technology, tax compliance, or customer-facing product training.
Experience with indirect tax technology or compliance platforms.
Experience delivering live and virtual training for groups of approximately 10 to 50+ participants.
Ability to design and facilitate hands-on learning activities.
Agility to manage technical issues and varied learner skill levels.
Excellent communication skills.
A customer-centric mindset focused on measurable training impact.
Ability to build alignment across a complex organization.
Experience leading cross-functional projects and delivering results on time.
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work independently.
Strong technical skills with generative and agentic AI.
