About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide operational support and engineering across Shared Capabilities Services and Platforms.
Troubleshoot and escalate production issues; monitor and communicate status until resolved.
Build and maintain monitoring and alerting for all aspects of our infrastructure.
Automate IaC and CI/CD, promoting best practices for CI/CD processes.
Maintain end-to-end security and ensure best practices standards are met.
Participate on a Scrum team and collaborate with various Engineering roles.
Guide the implementation process ensuring operability and existing service levels are maintained or improved.

Requirements

What you’ll need

A Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
3 years of post-baccalaureate experience in cloud operation engineering-related occupation.
3 years of experience building and operating cloud-based production services and platforms, including AWS or Azure.
3 years of CI/CD automation experience, including Git, CloudFormation, Terraform, or Jenkins.
3 years of experience in Unix or Linux.
3 years of experience implementing observability using Datadog, Splunk, or Nagios.
2 years of experience with Auth0, PingFederate, Twilio, or SparkPost.
