About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the end-to-end design of AI-powered features
- Translate model behaviors, data inputs, and system limitations into coherent UX patterns
- Prototype with real AI/LLM models to evaluate user prompts
- Map and design collaboration patterns between users and AI
- Create clear interaction flows incorporating transparency moments and safety guardrails

Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ years of professional product design experience with strong portfolio
- Experience designing with AI or LLM technologies
- Strong interaction design skills
- Familiarity with model behaviors and limitations
- Ability to prototype using Figma, Python notebooks, or no-code AI orchestration tools
- Hands-on experience in user research
- Deep systems-thinking skills
- Experience collaborating with high-velocity, cross-functional teams
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
- Commitment to responsible AI principles
