Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the end-to-end design of AI-powered features
Translate model behaviors, data inputs, and system limitations into coherent UX patterns
Prototype with real AI/LLM models to evaluate user prompts

Requirements

What you’ll need

6+ years of professional product design experience with strong portfolio
Experience designing with AI or LLM technologies
Strong interaction design skills
Familiarity with model behaviors and limitations
Ability to prototype using Figma, Python notebooks, or no-code AI orchestration tools
Hands-on experience in user research
Deep systems-thinking skills
Experience collaborating with high-velocity, cross-functional teams
Strong communication and storytelling skills
Commitment to responsible AI principles
