About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop, maintain and evolve enterprise applications using Java and Oracle PL/SQL.
Design and implement integrations between Thomson Reuters systems and client environments.
Analyze functional and technical requirements, proposing scalable, secure and high-quality solutions.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across Product, Professional Services, Support and Engineering.
Develop and optimize procedures, packages, functions and complex queries in Oracle databases.
Actively participate in technical reviews, architecture definition and continuous improvement processes.
Identify, analyze and resolve complex issues in applications and databases.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong experience in software development using Java in highly complex enterprise environments.
Advanced knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL, including development and optimization of queries and database routines.
Experience with REST APIs, system integrations and distributed application architectures.
Familiarity with modern Java ecosystem frameworks such as Spring Boot and Spring Framework.
Experience with version control tools, continuous integration and DevOps practices.
Ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes and propose sustainable solutions.
Strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
