About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the Customer Service team with administrative and operational tasks related to customer orders and print jobs.
  • Assist with Revenue in the App activities by entering, updating, reviewing, and maintaining accurate order information.
  • Support invoicing processes by helping verify order details and job information.
  • Help manage samples and surge table activities by tracking requests and ensuring information is organized.
  • Maintain accurate file management and documentation processes.
  • Review and update ship dates for Customer Service Representatives.
  • Assist with OSI shipping documentation by preparing and routing shipping documents.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to entering, reviewing, and maintaining accurate information.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to follow established processes and documentation standards.
  • Comfort working with spreadsheets, shared files, email, business systems, and digital documentation tools.
  • Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Client Service, Revenue, Shipping, and other internal teams.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
