Requirements

What you’ll need

Juris Doctor with a current license to practice law in at least one US jurisdiction
At least 8 years' experience as a sponsor-side Private Equity lawyer
Extensive experience advising private equity sponsors, co-investors, and lenders on acquisitions/dispositions
Familiarity with LBO structures, fund economics, financing terms, and private fund formation
Strong writing skills
Ability to effectively utilize various tools, including generative AI technologies in legal work
Candidates selected for a second interview will be asked to take a writing test
