Key responsibilities & impact

Act as an application and solution specialist for the ONESOURCE Pagero platform
Manage several projects in parallel while working independently and collaboratively
Support customers by resolving issues effectively
Deliver training to end-users and super-users
Collaborate with internal teams and partner organizations for effective project delivery

Requirements

What you’ll need

5–8 years of experience in IT integrations and configuration, preferably within e-invoicing
Understanding of the AP/AR lifecycle and e-invoicing compliance regulations across EU and APAC
Experience delivering end-user and super-user training
Ability to act as a specialist in large, cross-functional implementation projects
Experience contributing to project planning and timeline management
Resolving customer support issues effectively
Collaboration with internal teams including Product, Sales, and Support
Assisting with pre-sales activities like software demonstrations and scoping for prospective clients
Customizing and configuring applications according to agreed specifications
Designing, developing, and documenting project deliverables in alignment with timelines and budgets
Participation in application configuration, implementation, and testing
