About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support and operate reliable, scalable cloud-native services on AWS
- Apply SRE and DevOps best practices for system reliability, performance, and security
- Automate infrastructure using Terraform (IaC)
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
- Implement monitoring and observability using Datadog and CloudWatch
- Participate in on-call support, incident response, and root cause analysis
- Collaborate with teams to improve system resilience and operational efficiency
- Collaborate effectively with global teams across Canada, the US, India, and other locations
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4–6 years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Cloud Engineering
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Terraform, GitHub Actions, and Datadog
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, monitoring, and automation
- Experience in incident management, troubleshooting, and RCA
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, ECS/EKS) and CI/CD practices
- Good communication and documentation skills
