Partnerships Manager – New Verticals

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Rebuild the reseller partner channel: redesign the ideal partner profile, incentive structure and enablement processes, focusing on expanding the partner network in Brazil and generating incremental revenue.
- Lead the reseller partnerships team: manage, develop and hold a front-line team accountable, ensuring clarity of objectives, performance cadence and a results-oriented culture.
- Map and validate new market verticals: using existing legal use cases in our portfolio, identify adjacent segments with product-market fit (e.g., public sector, universities, arbitration chambers) and run structured discovery and validation cycles to enter with clear ROI hypotheses.
- Act as the link between partners, product and market: translate channel and new-vertical demands into actionable inputs for product, marketing and pricing teams, influencing decisions that affect competitiveness and revenue expansion.
- Ensure revenue predictability: build and rigorously manage the channel pipeline, report key metrics (sell-through, coverage, conversion, ARR generated via partners) and make quick course-correction decisions when necessary.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience managing B2B reseller channels: you have built or restructured partner programs during periods of change, understand what blocks a channel and how to reactivate traction with the right partner profile.
- Analytical capability and business acumen: you don’t manage by relationships alone; you manage by data. You build business cases, read a partner P&L, identify levers and make decisions with incomplete information without getting paralyzed.
- Leadership that develops and holds people accountable: you have managed commercial teams, can deliver difficult feedback, don’t protect low performers and create a high-expectation environment without destroying engagement.
- Builder mindset in a corporate environment: comfortable with ambiguity, able to operate autonomously within a global structure without waiting for a ready-made playbook.
- Knowledge of the legal ecosystem and/or legal software is a plus: familiarity with Legal Tech, law firms, in-house legal departments or adjacent segments accelerates the ramp and increases credibility with partners and clients.
