About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide functional support for the Escrita Fiscal and Accounting modules of the Domínio system via phone
Ensure clarity, conciseness and accuracy in information provided to clients
Work with a focus on efficient problem resolution and customer satisfaction
Understand the customer journey and guide clients according to their needs
Liaise with Product teams to request improvements and report defects
Promote and model Thomson Reuters’ values and expected behaviors
Stay continuously up to date on offered solutions and current legislation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must reside in São Paulo (city) and be available to work in a hybrid model
Degree completed or in progress in Accounting, Business Administration or related fields
Candidates without a degree are also welcome
Comfortable working with targets and results-oriented
Adaptable to structured processes and routines
Good communication, empathy and teamwork skills
Preferred: prior experience in Tax and/or Accounting
Knowledge of the Domínio solution
