About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the technical execution of AI projects, including architecture decisions, roadmap alignment, and delivery oversight.
Optimize AI performance through advanced techniques including domain-specific adaptation of third-party models and algorithms.
Deliver scalable AI/ML solutions using emerging technologies and best practices in MLOps and LLMOps.
Design and implement continuous monitoring of application and user behavior to support product insights and prioritization.
Stay abreast of AI developments and encourage learning and adoption of relevant technologies.
Act as a thought leader by contributing to internal forums, representing the team in areas of AI expertise, and influencing technical direction.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 5+ years of python experience.
Minimum 3+ years of machine learning experience.
Work experience with data science libraries like numPy, Pandas, Matplotlib.
Work experience on Scikit-learn framework.
Work experience on Tensorflow or Pytorch.
Work experience with document analysis, computer vision and NLP problems.
Work experience of MLOps tools.
Exposure/work experience on .Net and C#.
Experience with cloud platform (preferably Azure).
