About the role
- Proactively research, identify, and evaluate potential technology, content, and service partners
- Lead the partner acquisition lifecycle from outreach to contract closure
- Cultivate strong, executive-level relationships with prospective partners
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new partners
- Stay abreast of industry trends to identify new partnership opportunities
- Work closely with product management, sales, marketing, and legal teams
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective partners
- Craft compelling partnership value propositions
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in partner development, business development, alliance management, or strategic sales roles
- Proven track record of sourcing, negotiating, and closing complex, strategic partnerships
- Demonstrated experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, LegalTech, or professional services industries
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport at all organizational levels, including executive leadership
- Proven ability to work autonomously as an individual contributor
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, Technology, or related field
