About the role

  • Proactively research, identify, and evaluate potential technology, content, and service partners
  • Lead the partner acquisition lifecycle from outreach to contract closure
  • Cultivate strong, executive-level relationships with prospective partners
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new partners
  • Stay abreast of industry trends to identify new partnership opportunities
  • Work closely with product management, sales, marketing, and legal teams
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective partners
  • Craft compelling partnership value propositions

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in partner development, business development, alliance management, or strategic sales roles
  • Proven track record of sourcing, negotiating, and closing complex, strategic partnerships
  • Demonstrated experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, LegalTech, or professional services industries
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport at all organizational levels, including executive leadership
  • Proven ability to work autonomously as an individual contributor
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Technology, or related field
