About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop account plans for new and existing small to mid-sized corporate accounts
- Prospect new customers and drive new business with existing customers
- Close full solution sales to corporate customers
- Maintain a clean and up-to-date sales pipeline
- Focus on companies with revenues of less than $500M
- Lead entire sales process from initial contact to renewal
- Meet or exceed revenue targets
- Collaborate with teams within the organization to tailor solutions
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders
- Regularly update CRM system to maintain accurate sales activity records
- Engage in client meetings in person or via platforms like MS Teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- College degree preferred
- Minimum of 4 years direct field sales experience
- Proven record of sales quota over achievement
- Proven ability to sell complex software solutions to small and medium companies
- Experience with high velocity sales using a consultative and value-based approach
- Experience selling to C-level executives applying solution selling approach
- Ability to identify business challenges and impacts
- Skilled in leading detailed sales processes
- Enthusiastic about prospecting and managing entire sales cycle independently
- Ability to develop and execute an account plan
- Must be able to work from home office and travel to customer locations
