Sales Executive

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prospect and develop new Mid-Market clients (hunter) in the legal sector
- Manage a structured pipeline using MEDDIC
- Lead the full consultative sales cycle, from identifying pain points to closing deals
- Map stakeholders and influencers within accounts, including the Economic Buyer and Champion
- Orchestrate complex negotiation processes involving multiple decision-makers
- Develop and execute territory strategies at a national level
- Manage a named account portfolio, focusing on revenue expansion and retention
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Work collaboratively with marketing, pre-sales, and customer success teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in complex B2B sales (hunter)
- Proficiency in MEDDIC or similar methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPIN)
- Experience selling in the technology / SaaS sector
- Experience with pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM (Salesforce or similar)
- Ability to negotiate with multiple stakeholders and manage a structured sales cycle
- Strong analytical skills and a metrics-driven mindset
