About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prospect and develop new Mid-Market clients (hunter) in the legal sector
  • Manage a structured pipeline using MEDDIC
  • Lead the full consultative sales cycle, from identifying pain points to closing deals
  • Map stakeholders and influencers within accounts, including the Economic Buyer and Champion
  • Orchestrate complex negotiation processes involving multiple decision-makers
  • Develop and execute territory strategies at a national level
  • Manage a named account portfolio, focusing on revenue expansion and retention
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Work collaboratively with marketing, pre-sales, and customer success teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience in complex B2B sales (hunter)
  • Proficiency in MEDDIC or similar methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPIN)
  • Experience selling in the technology / SaaS sector
  • Experience with pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM (Salesforce or similar)
  • Ability to negotiate with multiple stakeholders and manage a structured sales cycle
  • Strong analytical skills and a metrics-driven mindset
