About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop account plans for new and/or existing accounts
- Prospect new customers and new business with existing customers
- Close full solution sales to corporate customers
- Meet or exceed revenue targets
- Handle major accounts (companies with revenues of $500M+)
- Regularly update CRM system (salesforce.com)
- Engage in direct client meetings either in person or via MS Teams
- Collaborate closely with other teams to tailor solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- College degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years direct field sales experience (corporate sector preferred)
- Proven track record of sales quota overachievement
- Success selling complex, enterprise software (>$500M revenue targets)
- Experience engaging C-suite using solution selling
- Skilled at leading multi-stakeholder, detailed sales processes
- Self-starter with a growth mindset
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Deep understanding of AI and its application
