About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide excellent client support
- Assist clients by phone and through the ticketing system
- Reproduce error scenarios related to the supported product
- Continuous follow-up on tickets
- Perform remote access sessions to identify the cause of incidents
- Open internal requests with the Development team
- Classify tickets by identifying the root cause of incidents
Requirements
What you’ll need- Knowledge of municipal, state, and federal taxes
- Experience in customer support
- Experience with TAX One (a plus)
