Key responsibilities & impact

Lead strategic programs from initiation through execution
Drive cross-functional collaboration across a wide range of business functions
Translate business strategy into actionable program plans
Champion system and process simplification and standardization
Establish and maintain governance structures, operating rhythms, and stakeholder communication plans
Monitor program performance using KPIs such as cycle time, quality metrics, customer experience, and financial impact
Guide and mentor project managers and workstream leads
Ensure compliance with enterprise standards, policies, and design principles

Requirements

What you’ll need

A bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or equivalent experience
8+ years of progressive experience in program or portfolio management
Proven success leading large-scale transformation initiatives within a complex, global, matrixed organization
Deep understanding of project and program management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, hybrid)
Strong business acumen and ability to connect strategy to execution
Exceptional communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills
Experience with software development life cycles and technology-enabled process design
Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity in complex environments
