Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for managing complex contracts and ensuring high-quality delivery of new and existing contracts in the Department of Defense territory
Support DoD clients working to advance national security
Management and oversight of day-to-day customer needs and interactions
Supporting diverse teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of capabilities and services throughout the period of performance
Providing input to executive level reports delivered to the clients
Facilitating discussions with key stakeholders on project statuses
Organize and coordinate program objectives
Serve as the integrator for the client and the TRSS corporate team
Leads important projects, programs, and business initiatives
Ensures complex deals get implemented successfully
Works across the business to prepare quality Monthly Status Reports (MSRs) for select projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
7+ years of experience working with the DOD or IC in program management
Experience with managing projects
Ability to adjust to shifting priorities and solving problems quickly
Strong familiarity with the broad suite of Thomson Reuters proprietary data sets and technology preferred
Ability to translate client intelligence requirements and needs into program management outcomes
Works well with teams and driving disparate groups toward common client goals
Ability to effectively communicate and relate to multiple levels of a client's organization
Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills
Self-starter, highly motivated, team player with strong business acumen, superior organizational skills and the ability to follow through
Excellent writing and presentation skills
Ability to travel to sales training, meetings, and to customer locations
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. National Security Clearance
